Prisma Music Group got an app for its artists and one for its staff.
Prisma Music Group is a record label and music publisher. Our consultants are its tech department and have built an app for the artists and one for the staff, with AI that turns support requests into ready development tickets.

The challenge
Everything about the artists, contact details and bios included, lived in one big spreadsheet. Quality control for new releases and the publishing work ran in spreadsheets of their own, and artists sent in their music through simple forms. Nothing checked the files, and faulty audio reaching mixing and mastering was one of the biggest problems.

What we did
An app for the artists
Invited artists add their details, approve contracts and royalty splits, upload music and follow their streams. The app checks every upload before it moves on: format, sample rate, channels, the length of Dolby Atmos mixes, artwork and metadata.
An app for the staff
Every department, from A&R and publishing to legal and sync, has its own views and key figures. The whole quality control for a release lives in the app, from mastering to delivery, and contracts are sent, signed and tracked digitally.
A ticket system of its own
Development requests land in a ticket system built into the app, with priorities, sub-tickets and tags, so everyone can see what's in progress. We've built Claude skills that follow our development process, so our AI tools can read and update the tickets. That lets us have AI agents work on several tickets at once.
Support tickets with AI
Artists and staff describe the problem, paste in screenshots or record a voice note. AI turns it into a ready ticket with a title, priority and sub-tickets and assigns it to the right person on our team. That's why it takes about 45 minutes from an artist reporting a bug to the fix being live.
Claude and ChatGPT with Prisma's data
We've built a connector that gives Claude and ChatGPT access to all the data in Prisma's apps and to their Meta ads. The team already uses it to ask about streams, releases and campaigns.
Marketing with AI agents
We're now building a tool where AI agents go through Prisma's past ads, find new opportunities, such as markets in Asia, and keep improving the ads on social media. A lead agent gets a budget and a goal and hands the work to smaller agents that make images, write copy and follow up the campaigns.
The result
The artists' music, contracts and details are now in one place, and mistakes are stopped before they reach the studio.
Fewer errors when artists upload music
Our estimate. The app stops the wrong format, sample rate and artwork before the files reach mixing and mastering.
