Academic Work got one site for every market.
Academic Work wanted a website that reflects the brand and works in every country where they recruit. We ran the whole project, from first idea to finished site.

The challenge
Academic Work is a leader in staffing and recruitment, with offices in several European countries. The website serves two audiences, people looking for a job and companies looking to hire. Each country needed its own language and local content, but the same brand. The editors had to be able to update pages themselves, without a developer for every change.

What we did
UX/UI design
We designed the site from Academic Work's brand, so it looks the same on a phone, a tablet and a computer.
Many countries
We built a web platform where each market gets its own language and local content.
Choosing a CMS
We compared several CMSs and picked the one that made the editors' work easiest and the pages fastest.
Testing
We tested the site on every device before launch, so it works equally well everywhere.
The result
Academic Work got one shared website for all its countries, and the editors got an easier job.
More search impressions on key pages
Each country writes its own content in the same CMS, and the most important pages now show up far more in search results.
