We draw up your AI strategy and build it.
We map where AI saves the most time and money, draw up a plan your leadership can decide on and build the solutions with you.
A plan and a team that builds it
You can start with the plan and decide afterwards whether we should build it.
Strategy for leadership
A prioritised plan for where AI makes the biggest difference in your business, one your leadership and board can decide on.
- Mapping of workflows, systems and data
- Priorities by the time and money they can save
- Risks and rules, such as GDPR and the AI Act
- A plan for your people and their training
AI consultants who build it
A forward deployed engineer, or FDE, works on site with you and builds what the plan points to.
- Agents and automations in your systems
- Builds with your team and the people who will use it
- Trains you, so the knowledge stays
- Measures how much time the solution saves
When companies usually bring in help with AI
Leadership wants a plan
The board asks what you're doing with AI. You get a prioritised plan to decide on.
You don't know what pays off
There are plenty of ideas but no priorities. We work out which workflows save the most.
The pilot never finished
You've tried AI, but nothing is used every day. The consultant takes it from test to production.
You lack AI skills
Your team hasn't built agents before. The consultant builds with them, so the know-how stays with you.
At Prisma, we're the tech department.
Our developers work in Prisma Music Group's team and build with AI agents every day. A developer reviews every update before it goes live.
More updates per developer
Our developers at Prisma release 28 updates a week, against 2 for a typical developer.
Reviewed updates since June 2026
Medians. The typical developer comes from Graphite's data on merged code changes since 2023.

How we draw up and build your AI strategy
You can stop after the plan and build it yourselves or with someone else.
Mapping
We talk to leadership and the people who do the work, and go through your systems and data.
Plan for leadership
You get the workflows ranked by what they can save, with estimated cost, risks and a plan for your people. Leadership decides what gets built first.
Building on site
An AI consultant builds the first workflow on real data and improves it until it's used every day.
Handover
Your team learns to use, change and build on it. Code, documentation and routines stay with you.

A prioritised plan for where AI helps you, with estimated cost, risks and what it means for your people. The plan builds on a mapping of your workflows, systems and data.
It depends on what the mapping finds. Our consultants charge from SEK 1,200 an hour, and you get an estimate before the work starts.
Yes. You can stop after the plan and build it yourselves, with us or with someone else.
It depends on how many workflows and systems are included. You get an estimate before the consultant starts.
A forward deployed engineer is a developer who works on site in the business and builds the solution where it will be used. The term comes from American tech companies, and for us it means an AI developer who works with you.
With a consultant, you lead the work and the consultant works in your team. In a project, we take responsibility for the whole and hand over a finished solution.
No. The consultant can build on their own and train the people who will use and maintain the solution. If you have developers, the consultant works with them.
The consultant works in your systems and by your rules. Personal data is handled under GDPR, and on request we choose solutions where your data isn't used to train other people's models.
