We are a web and consulting agency that has been around since 2004. We develop websites and apps in open-source environments, and we are extremely sharp in graphics and technology. Additionally, we have clients of all kinds with diverse tech stacks and individual challenges. Our office is located at Mosebacke, right next to Södra Teatern (yes, we have the best view in Stockholm).
We strongly believe in collective leadership. At Kumpan, we don’t have any bosses and only hire people who like to take responsibility for their own daily lives. If you dislike being micro-managed by a middle manager and being subjected to constant check-ins that only eat up your precious time — then you will love working at Kumpan.
