We strongly believe in collective leadership. At Kumpan, we have no managers and only hire people who like to take responsibility for their own daily life. If you dislike being micro-managed by a middle manager and being subjected to constant check-ins that only eat up your precious time — then you will love working with the rest of us at Kumpan.

Our History
We have been around since 2004 and have undergone many changes, both big and small, but what remains is a corporate culture where everyone's ideas are equally valued, and the ceiling is so high you can't even see it.
2004
Kumpan starts in symbiosis with another market challenger — Godisprinsen.
During the first years, we worked as an in-house agency with print, printed materials, and packaging for a client with the right attitude to succeed.
2010
Our History
New premises in Hornstull, and Kumpan becomes an independent agency instead of an in-house agency for Godisprinsen.
Kumpan starts producing sunglasses, webshops, and — as a given when you are located in Södermalm — beer.
2015
New major clients start collaborating with Kumpan; among these are Schibsted and ATG.
Kumpan is booming, and the growth journey begins.
2020
Kumpan continues to grow. Our team now includes a sales manager, an HR manager, and an increasing number of UX/UI designers and developers.
2023
We are making our own digital product investments and developing a new collective leadership model that enables a flat organization, reflecting one of our core principles: that everyone’s ideas are equally valuable.
2030
We cannot predict the future, but if we were to guess, Kumpan will be Sweden's most appreciated workplace to work at, and we will continue to earn trust from all our favorite clients.
