Your own installation
Every client gets their own installation with its own database. Your data isn't shared with anyone else.
Personal data and GDPR
Sensitive data is encrypted in the database. Backups run every night and are kept for 30 days, and AI only gets the fields it needs.
Moving from your tools
We've moved data in from Notion, Ponty, Hailey and Kleer among others. Your existing data comes with you.
Changes straight from Intra
Requests are written in Intra. AI prepares the change, and you test it before it goes live.
On the phone
Intra works on the phone and can be added to the home screen like an app.
Built with AI
Intra was built in about six months with AI throughout the development. We work the same way on your version.
- Building: SEK 1,200 an hour, with Intra as the starting point.
- SaaS: approximate list prices per user and month, ex VAT. Your agreements may differ.
- Hosting: a server with database, backups, email and error monitoring for SEK 900 a month plus SEK 10 per user.
- AI: SEK 20 (a little), SEK 60 (normal) or SEK 150 (a lot) per user and month.
- Value of the time: the hours freed times what a working hour costs you. The payback uses the lower estimate.
- Time freed: estimated per person working in each part, at 4.3 weeks a month.
- All figures are estimates for a first conversation. The final price depends on your needs, and we send a quote before we start.
